This Weight Watchers Zucchini in Tomato Juice is a delicious, low-calorie recipe that is easy to prepare. The blend of zucchini with tomato juice and a hint of spices makes it a perfect healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • zucchini
  • 12 oz. tomato juice
  • dash of oregano
  • dash of parsley flakes
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
