Tater Tot Casserole – The Ultimate Comfort Food

This Tater Tot Casserole recipe is a family favorite. Filled with ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and three types of creamy soup, it’s a hearty dish that’s sure to satisfy. Topped with cheese and baked until bubbly, it’s the perfect comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) bag Tater Tots
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • grated cheese

Baking Instructions

  1. Spread Tater Tots in large cake pan, 9 x 13-inch. Brown meat and onions; drain well.
  2. Pour meat mixture over Tater Tots. Mix all 3 soups in a bowl.
  3. Pour over meat and Tater Tots. Sprinkle grated cheese to cover soup.
  4. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  5. As you brown meat and onions, salt and pepper well.
