Hey, baking enthusiasts! Today, I am super excited to share the recipe of one of my personal favorites – Blue Muffins. Now, you might be wondering, why are they called Blue Muffins? Well, it’s all because of the burst of blueberries that these muffins are packed with! Each bite of these muffins gives you a refreshing taste of blueberries, making them absolutely irresistible. Originating from the classic American breakfast tables, these muffins have now found their place in hearts worldwide. The beauty of this recipe lies in its simplicity. All you need are a few basic ingredients, and you’re good to go. Plus, they’re so easy to bake, you’ll have your delicious muffins ready in no time. But remember, the key to the perfect blue muffin is in using fresh blueberries. So, the next time you find some fresh blueberries in the market, you know what to bake! Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. blueberries

Baking Instructions

  1. Mix thoroughly.
